- Kobo Products offers attenuation grade titanium dioxide and zinc oxide pigments.
Transparent iron oxides are also available. They may contain inorganic and organic
surface treatments to improve their dispersion in formulas and physical and chemical
stability. The specific benefits of organic surface treatments with isopropyl titanium
triisostearate, silane, methicone, perfluoroalkyl phosphate, and metal soaps are
described in greater in the Treated Pigments & Powders section.
- EA-209 / MT-100T complexes attenuation grade titanium dioxide on the surface of a
microsphere, making it easier to add SPF to formulas.
