- Attenuation grades of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are at first dispersed
in silicone fluids, anhydrous or hydrous systems to achieve the highest possible
percent solids and then milled to a specific particle size. These dispersions
provide high transparency and SPF or yield an optimal efficacy against both
UVA and / or UVB.
Use of the
10nm particle size TiO2 allows the best
transparency and UVB protection.
- High
SpeedTM
Dispersions are very fluid (pourable, with viscosities under 2,000 cps) and
ultrafine for a high UV protection.
- Pigmentary grades of iron oxides, titanium dioxide, organic and other pigments
are dispersed for full color development and ease of use.
