- Design posters, email blasts, literature, invitations, formularies, create and update presentations using Adobe Illustrator/Microsoft Office.
- Social Media: Create, design, and post content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) using Hootsuite.
- Work with teams to execute digital content including webinars, Let’s Chat, podcasts, etc.
- Responsible for advertising, design, and expense tracking; formula and raw material listings; and press releases.
- Make decisions regarding vendors and items to purchase for giveaways, office supplies, and Marketing kits.
- Present Marketing topics at Sales meetings.
- Update Agents regarding new products after Sales meetings; customize presentations for specific territories and update SharePoint site.
- Update literature, product and formula cards, and Kobo website.
- Work with Sales & Marketing Director and Suppliers to release new distributed products for promotion.
- Responsible for sports ticket distribution.
- Work on special projects as needed.

The Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all cosmetic products, processes, and facilities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role conducts internal audits, supplier audits, and operational assessments to verify adherence to quality systems and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of cosmetic regulations, strong analytical capability, and the confidence to influence cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, or Compliance within cosmetics, personal care, OTC, or related regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 22716, GMP for cosmetics, and relevant FDA/FTC regulations
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical documentation, batch records, specifications, and SOPs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities
- High attention to detail, professional judgment, and integrity
- Experience with contract manufacturing oversight or supplier quality management preferred

Responsibilities Include: - Plan, schedule, and execute internal quality audits across manufacturing, packaging, laboratories, and distribution operations in alignment with ISO 22716, FDA cosmetic regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct supplier and contract manufacturer audits, evaluating compliance with quality agreements, raw material specifications, and GMP expectations.
- Assess quality system effectiveness, including document control, change management, deviation management, CAPA, complaint handling, and batch record review.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, identifying nonconformances, risks, and improvement opportunities with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Partner with functional leaders to ensure timely closure of audit findings and implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor regulatory and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving cosmetic regulations and global quality expectations.
- Support inspection readiness activities, including mock audits, training, and documentation reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping strengthen quality culture, operational discipline, and risk-based decision-making.

Responsibilities Include: - Ensure continued compliance of Production sites and equipment with GMP regulations.
- Ensure continued compliance with environmental regulations, governmental agencies, CSR, CDP, Ecovadis, and any other relevant agencies and/or required reports.
- Manage all Production projects and facility improvements with Maintenance collaboration.
- Manage all continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of lean manufacturing projects to improve processes and reduce waste.
- Lead management of all site-specific environmental and staff testing with participating depts. (audiometry, air quality, decibel level, emissions, city/waste/USP water, respiratory, etc.).
- Work with Production and Quality to develop protocols for process validation.
- Manage and provide guidance and training as needed to Production Supervisors/Managers on all shifts to ensure Operators are meeting the required KPI’s.
- Write and revise training presentations (GMP, Lean Manufacturing, New Systems Implementation) as well as SOPs for all equipment and Production processes.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of employee health and safety plans (e.g. emergency preparedness, building evacuation, and building security).
- Participate in key monthly meetings such as Global KPI, Global production/process improvement, Safety, and Production Planning for K3 and K1.
- Support and/or lead site audits based on request by customers, suppliers, and governmental agencies (FDA, DEP, DOT, RSPO).
- Work with Maintenance management to prepare/support submission of permit applications.
- Support Maintenance management in an administrative capacity for purchasing equipment, equipment/facility improvements, and facility projects.
- Maintain site master plan.
- Support process improvements/provide guidance on potential solutions for Production issues at overseas sites.
- Support R&D with new projects and implementation into Production.
- Oversee Planning & Production Coordinator in their daily tasks to assure materials are on-location and batch tickets are in accordance with Production plan.
- Act as Change Control Management Specialist for all US sites.
- Maintain HAZWOPER certification and manage all HAZ waste/disposal for US sites.
- Assist in implementation of Navision and barcode system at all sites.
- Manage scale capturing systems at US Production sites.

- Forklift experience required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Operators are required to wear proper PPE – including, but not limited to, respirators. All operators must successfully pass a Pulmonary Function test through our preferred healthcare provider.
- Maintain reliability and excellent attendance, and possess and demonstrate professional, responsible behavior.
Responsibilities Include: - Overseeing 3rd shift production personnel.
- Distribute batch tickets, check availability of raw materials, and confirm correct raw materials and lots are being used in batches.
- Troubleshoot issues with batches and coordinate pack off once QC approval is received.
- Enforce SOP’s for plant and operations and proper Safety & PPE throughout the plant.
- Develop and train staff on equipment operations/mill troubleshooting.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations.

- Safely operate a forklift.
- Support issues outside of normal schedule and be available for weekend and alternate shifts.
